Documentation & Quality Assurance: To maintain professional standards, prevent misunderstandings, and ensure record accuracy, consultations may be recorded for documentation purposes in accordance with applicable guidelines.

Scope & Payment: All fees are for the time, analysis, and professional evaluation provided during the scheduled consultation block. Payment must be cleared in full prior to the session to finalize the booking.
